Amazing experience! I had a specific idea in mind for a ring that I wanted. Frances went above and beyond to make it happen for me! Love the end result! Highly recommend!
Repairs made very quickly to my engagement ring and in-house, so they don’t have to ship your jewelry off somewhere. Very friendly staff and helped me have a better idea about what I wanted for a wedding band!
Designs by Aaron is amazing! If you want anything custom-made or simply experience amazing customer service, this is the place to go. Repairs are made super easy and in-house, so you don't have to send your jewelry away.
Amazing unique jewelry, highly recommend checking them out for that next gift-giving, because they will love it!
Whether I want something that’s more of a unique one-of-a-kind piece or more of a classic like my diamond studs, I love that I know every piece of jewelry in this store has been carefully picked, is high quality expertly crafted. Not to mention their customer service, which goes above and beyond! Aaron is incredibly talented, and Frances makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. We are customers for life!
I highly recommend Designs by Aaron. Aaron repaired a gold bracelet, increased the band's size, and straightened the prongs on a family ring with beautiful results. In addition, I wanted to get initial and theme charms, and even though Designs by Aaron doesn’t carry charms, Frances found and ordered ones that were exactly what I wanted by sending me examples and photos online from which I chose the font, design, and size. She also was able to find and order a charm bracelet that was very similar to the charm bracelets I wanted to match. They were a pleasure to deal with.
Wow, they have beautiful jewelry and great service. A rare combination!
What nice folks they are at Designs by Aaron! I took a necklace in for a delicate repair, and it came out fantastic. Aaron cleaned it up, and it looks brand new. I am so pleased. The turnaround time was fast, which is great since I am passing this necklace on to a bride soon. While I talked to Aaron, his nice associate cleaned my friend's ring for her, free of charge. We both left happy! We will return. Thanks again.
I love the jewelry at Designs by Aaron. They have some beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces and will custom make jewelry for you. I bought a beautiful tourmaline ring from them. I receive compliments on it all the time. I will be back soon!
I recently went to Designs by Aaron to have two rings made into an insert ring to serve as my wedding band. They were friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. When they gave me the price estimate, they explained the "how" and the "why" of the project and finished well under their one-week timeline. When I got my rings back, they were absolutely beautiful. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the customer service and the quality of the work.
Not only do I love your wish list program, but you do such a fantastic job on both repairing and designing jewelry. Thank you, Aaron, and your amazing team for my jewelry!
Aaron is a superior craftsman jeweler. His talent is a gift that he uses to create his own pieces, pieces that you dream up, or unique pieces he finds for his shop. He listens and has always been spot on when creating a piece for me. There is never an end to the heart's desire in the shop at Designs by Aaron.
Best customer service. Jewelry is truly not only unique, but also amazing.
Excellent service and outstanding repair work provided. I'll continue to use Designs by Aaron in the future.
They have beautiful jewelry and make extraordinary custom pieces. I'm especially impressed with their ability to take heirloom jewelry and make it custom and modern.
They are great! I needed a pendant fixed, and I needed it done that day. Their price quote was the best around, and they’re just super friendly. So, save yourself the trouble and take your jewelry there or by your jewelry there for that matter!
Amazing selection and wonderful people who truly care about their customers.
Aaron and his staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a return customer and wouldn't shop anywhere else for my jewelry.
